How to Add the Book of Modules App as an Icon on Your Mobile Device
To have the Book of Modules App on your iPhone, iPad, or Android home screen, follow the steps below.
Using Safari (Apple)
- Open Safari and go to app.bookofmodules.com.
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen, the square icon with an arrow pointing upward.
- Scroll down through the options in the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen. If you do not see this option, scroll to the bottom, tap Edit Actions, and add Add to Home Screen to your menu.
- Edit the name for the shortcut if you would like, then tap Add in the top-right corner.
The app icon will now appear on your home screen just like any other app.
Using Chrome (iOS)
- Open Chrome and go to app.bookofmodules.com.
- Tap the three dots menu icon in the bottom-right corner, or top-right corner depending on your layout.
- Tap the Share... option in the menu.
- Select Add to Home Screen from that list, then tap Add.
Using Chrome (Android)
- Open Chrome and navigate to app.bookofmodules.com.
- Tap the three vertical dots menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap Add to Home screen, Install app, or Create shortcut, depending on your version.
- A prompt will appear allowing you to rename the shortcut if you would like. Tap Add or Install.
- Tap Add to home screen again to confirm, or let Chrome place it automatically depending on your version.
